Terms of Service
These terms cover two things: the Cartkeeper platform used by businesses, and the Cartkeeper app used by shoppers. Where a clause applies to only one, it says so.
1. The service
Cartkeeper provides AI agents that answer customer conversations on behalf of businesses, and a shopper app for talking to those businesses. Businesses remain the merchant of record for their own orders, refunds and product claims.
2. Accounts
Shoppers sign in with a phone number and a one-time code; you are responsible for the number you use. Business accounts are created per workspace and the workspace owner controls seats and access.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no impersonating a brand, no attempting to extract another tenant's data, and no using the platform to send messages that the recipient has not consented to receive.
4. Fees
Business plans are billed on monthly active contacts as published on the pricing page. WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta directly and are not part of your Cartkeeper fee. The shopper app is free.
5. Availability and AI output
Agents draft and send messages automatically. Businesses configure escalation and are responsible for reviewing outcomes; we do not warrant that an AI answer is free of error.
6. Termination
Either side may end the agreement. Businesses can export conversation history on the way out; shopper accounts can be deleted at any time via the data deletion form.
