Data Deletion

You can delete your Cartkeeper account and every thread in it. This page is also where Android and iOS users make the request required by the app stores.

What gets deleted

Your account, your phone number, every thread you hold with every brand, your Cartkeeper-side order and issue records, and your push notification tokens.

What a brand may keep

A brand you bought from keeps its own commercial records — invoices, shipments, returns — where tax or consumer law requires it. Ask the brand directly for those.

How long it takes

Up to 30 days. You get an email when it completes. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.

Request deletion

We remove your account, your threads and your order history within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Brands keep their own invoices and order records where the law requires it. That is their data, not ours to delete.
